Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
- "We / Us / Our" refers to Kindred Path.
- "You / User" refers to any individual or household using or enquiring about our services.
- "Service" means the educational workshops, document organisation sessions, and resource library access we offer.
- "Content" means guides, templates, checklists, reference cards, and any other materials we produce.
- "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with any booking confirmation.
- "Website" means https://kindredpath.live
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or accessing our resource library, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under Thai law. By proceeding, you confirm that these conditions are met.
3. Service Description
Kindred Path provides general family education and document organisation support across three areas:
- Step-by-Step Talk Workshop (communication skills education)
- Paperwork Organising Help (administrative support session)
- Continued Family Resources (ongoing general resource library access)
All services are educational and informational in nature. Nothing we provide constitutes individual advice, legal guidance, financial planning, psychological support, or professional consultation of any kind. Services are available in Khon Kaen, Thailand. The resource library is accessible online.
4. Resource Library Access
Where a digital access account is set up for the Continued Family Resources area:
- Access is granted to the subscribing household only and must not be shared externally.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.
- We reserve the right to terminate access if the account is used in breach of these Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making a booking or enquiry.
- Use our materials for personal household purposes only.
- Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our Content without written permission.
- Not misrepresent the nature or scope of our services to others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our resource library — including guides, templates, checklists, and session materials — is owned by Kindred Path or used with permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Content for personal, non-commercial household purposes only. All other rights are reserved.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are per household. Current prices:
- Step-by-Step Talk Workshop: ฿3,500
- Paperwork Organising Help: ฿9,200
- Continued Family Resources (12 months): ฿22,500
Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer and cash at our Khon Kaen office. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price at the time of your booking confirmation applies.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, but the session may be rescheduled once without additional charge. Resource library subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.
8. Service Delivery Terms
Sessions are conducted at our Khon Kaen office during working hours (Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00, Saturday 10:00–14:00) unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred time but cannot always fulfil requests at short notice. Resource library access is set up within one working day of payment.
The scope of each session is limited to the area described in its service description. Facilitators will not provide individual guidance, personal advice, or opinions on any specific personal situation.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided as general education and information only. We make no representation that our materials are suitable for any specific personal situation. Nothing we provide should be understood as:
- Legal, financial, or professional advice
- A prediction or assurance of any particular outcome
- A substitute for consultation with a qualified professional
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kindred Path's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
We are not liable for disruption to services caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, public emergencies, or infrastructure outages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kindred Path, its team members, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services or Content.
12. Termination
Either party may end the engagement at any time. Where payment has been made, the cancellation policy in Section 7 applies. We may terminate or suspend access to the resource library immediately and without refund if these Terms are breached. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally within 14 days. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Kindred Path.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our postal address.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. For existing customers, we will notify by email where possible. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
